Shipping policy
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Because our products are artisan handmade items, they require time to craft with precision and care.

In-stock items: Dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Made-to-order / Custom items: Please allow10-15 business days for production before shipping. This includes the time for resin casting, curing, and polishing to perfection.
You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Europe (UK, DE, FR...): 10- 15 business days

Rest of the World: 10 - 20 business days
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays or peak holiday seasons.
3. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
LuminaCrafts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Damaged: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@luminacafts.co with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement for you.

Lost: If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office first. If the package is lost in transit (no tracking update for over 30 days), we will offer a replacement or refund.
6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on our website or via the carrier's tracking page.
